Jonathan is the creator of a highly acclaimed new graphic novel, Little Monarchs, a naturalist/dystopian adventure set exclusively in real geo-marked locations throughout the western states. A key objective of the Little Monarchs book tour is to help distribute native milkweed seeds throughout the country, which supports our struggling monarch population! Attendees of this special event will leave as partners — armed with knowledge and materials to empower themselves and the monarch preservation effort.

Little Monarchs has received starred reviews from Kirkus, Booklist, and Horn Book, and is a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection. Find out more at www.littlemonarchsbook.com and @littlemonarchstour on Instagram.

This event is brought to you by a generous grant provided by Tangled Bank Studios/PBS Nature #PlantWildflowers initiative. More info to come!
